Wendy has a knack for elevating companies to industry-leading brands. As Chief Marketing Officer at BSTRO, she brings years of experience masterfully blending storytelling with go-to-market strategies, reshaping the narrative and growth of global brands. Her transformative approach to marketing has generated over $1 billion in bookings.
Most recently, as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Advisor, Wendy worked with companies in diverse industries, including Robotics, Business Operations, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Deep Tech, and other markets.
Wendy served as the Marketing Partner at DCVC, a leading Deep Tech Venture Firm, where she advised their portfolio of companies, further broadening her expertise in the tech sector. Before DCVC, Wendy led Marketing at Illumio, a category leader in cybersecurity and a CNBC Disruptor 50 company. While leading marketing at Varonis, the customer base went from fewer than 50 to over 1,000.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Cal State Northridge and studied at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Outside work, she loves to spend her time swimming, hiking, sailing, and exploring new places to travel.
