Positioning a regional brand for global expansion

Pranin Organic has earned a loyal regional following thanks to their long history of developing nutritional and therapeutic health products rooted in the science of naturopathic medicine. But to expand beyond their local network, they needed a website and content strategy that could invite and serve a broader community.

Analyzing data for improved e-commerce.

Based on a close analysis of Pranin Organic’s current website data and customer behaviors, we mapped the user journey of Pranin’s existing customers by audience type. These insights enabled us to develop a digital engagement-focused e-commerce framework with clear KPIs and a strategy for continuous improvement.

Lifestyle branding built for community.

In addition to building out Pranin’s site for e-commerce, we saw the potential to elevate their brand messaging into a nutritional lifestyle narrative that also incorporated the story of its close-knit user community. We strengthened this positioning with optimized UI and UX design, creating a hub for their active online tribe to have conversations about the benefits of natural supplements.

Photography guidance for the future.

We created a comprehensive brand imagery style guide for Pranin Organic, enabling their team to effectively art direct and produce their own internal photography going forward.

Email templates to encourage conversation.

To continually rev up communication and increase engagement with Pranin’s loyal user community, BSTRO designed a fluid hybrid responsive email template with a variety of flexible content areas — empowering Pranin to keep the conversation going as their community grows.
