Pranin had a solid foundation of products and expertise. BSTRO saw the potential to elevate their message beyond their direct local network, and create customer-focused content using data drawn from their website and CRM. BSTRO analyzed the Pranin Organic website data to understand and map their user journey, and define the differences between the site’s primary and secondary audiences. We used the resulting insights to develop a framework around digital engagement, determine KPIs, and map out a strategy for continuous improvement.


We developed and designed a new responsive website that introduced a customer experience through optimized UI and UX, while supporting the company’s positioning as a lifestyle brand. We helped Pranin elevate its brand messaging into a nutritional lifestyle narrative that also incorporates the story of its close-knit user community.


Our comprehensive brand imagery style guide enables Pranin Organic to art direct and produce their own internal photography going forward.

Email Design & Development

To rev up communication and increase engagement with Pranin’s loyal user community, BSTRO designed a fluid hybrid responsive email template with a variety of flexible content areas.


The new combines an easy-to-maintain CMS with a scalable technology stack to handle CRM, ESP, analytics, Google business apps, and more.
