We’re looking for a team player who can fit into our collaborative environment. We work with all types of clients, from global brands to local start­ups, and need someone who is excited about creating smart design solutions that are both well designed and strategically on target.

The ideal candidate is an intuitive thinker who not only has an amazing sense of design and understands usability, but is also on top of cutting edge trends for web and mobile interfaces, and understands how to design for email, social media and online campaigns. If you’re able to bring new ideas to the table and present them with passion — and also do solid production work — we want to talk. Requirements

  • Experience designing websites, email, social posts and online ads and best practices
  • Conceptual thinker able to translate ideas into strategic and engaging design
  • Strong color, typography and design skills
  • Understanding of responsive web design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in teams and independently
  • A great work ethic with an ability to manage multiple client projects and work in a fast­-paced environment
  • Excellent visual, verbal, written communication and presentation skills; must be able to explain the strategy and rationale behind your work
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS

Full-Time Full Stack / Drupal Web Developer — Vancouver

We are looking for a Drupal developer who knows Drupal inside and out.

Vancouver, Full-time (This is not a remote position. Only candidates able to work in our office in Gastown will be considered.)

Description

We are looking for a Drupal developer who knows Drupal inside and out. This candidate will have exceptional programming skills, problem­-solving abilities and strong work ethic. This position requires a combination of programming skills (PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript) and experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. 

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Custom programming and web application development for Drupal 7 and 8
  • Thorough knowledge of W3C Compliant HTML & CSS (including CSS3 and HTML5) and JavaScript
  • Ability to translate design files into pixel-perfect HTML & CSS that works across all major browsers and devices
  • Experience with responsive websites and techniques
  • PHP programming skills
  • MySQL skills
  • Strong Quality Assurance skills — able to review your work and thoroughly test code
  • Able to document your code and programming structure in a concise and easy to understand manner.
  • Ability to test, maintenance and troubleshoot existing Drupal sites

Desirable Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of Drupal development experience  (samples of recent applications that you have worked on are required)
  • Experience creating custom Drupal modules and themes
  • Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, SASS/LESS and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Experience integrating open source and third­ party applications into existing systems

We’re looking for a seasoned production artist to join our team of talented problem solvers in delivering standout creative to our clients, who include some of the world’s biggest brands, hot new start-ups, and everything in between.

The Digital Production Artist collaborates with the creative and account teams to create digital assets for clients across the agency. This position requires rock-solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — as well as an understanding of the fundamental principles of design.

Above all, we’re looking for a team player who can thrive in our collaborative environment. The ideal candidate:

  • Can take feedback — from creative directors, designers and account execs — and take initiative when necessary
  • Can prioritize and follow through on multiple deadlines and projects to quickly and efficiently produce pixel-perfect digital assets for our clients
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment

Requirements
